As I’m getting caught up on blogging, this is a session that was very pivotal for me as a photographer. Chelsey and Chris were celebrating their 10 year wedding anniversary and wanted to have a session wearing their wedding day attire at Mt Rainier. The fact that this girl rocked the heck out of her wedding dress from 10 years ago is one thing, but the way these two interact, care for each other, and have obvious chemistry is just goals. Just look at the way they look each other!
It may look sunny and warm but these two were absolute troopers. It was freezing cold with gusts of wind reaching 50 – 60mph. Dirt was whipping up into their faces, Chelsey was covered in goosebumps, and towards the end it started to snow with some freezing rain. The harsh elements gave the images such movement and life though. Although, most of that was probably just their chemistry!
This day was such an honor for me that Chelsey and Chris were willing to battle the elements for these photos with me. I had the absolute best time exploring with them!
